Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling appliance repair service with Appliance Repair Las Cruces, you agree to these Terms of Service. A service appointment constitutes your agreement to the diagnostic fee and any quoted repair cost provided before work begins.

2. Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee of $85–$100 applies to every service call. This fee covers our technician’s time, travel, and expertise in diagnosing your appliance. The diagnostic fee is applied in full toward the cost of any repair you approve. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is due at the time of service.

3. Repair Pricing and Authorization

We provide a flat-rate quote — including all parts and labor — before beginning any repair. No work will be performed without your explicit authorization of the quoted price. Final charges will not exceed the quoted amount without additional authorization.

4. 90-Day Warranty

All completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return and correct it at no charge. This warranty does not cover: new failures unrelated to the original repair, damage resulting from misuse, power surges, or failure to follow our maintenance recommendations, or appliances that have been serviced by another technician after our repair.

5. Appointment Scheduling

We provide a 2-hour arrival window and a 30-minute courtesy call before arrival. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call (575) 270-0033 at least 2 hours before your appointment window to avoid a rescheduling fee.

6. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the appliance to be serviced. Our technician has the right to refuse service or stop work if the working environment presents safety hazards beyond normal appliance service conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for consequential damages including food spoilage, property damage unrelated to our work, or lost income. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in Doña Ana County, New Mexico. Questions? Call (575) 270-0033.
